McKean is currently supporting the Navy in LEAN initiatives, public relations and graphic design, strategic business planning, business planning, business operations, business communications, technology transition/engagement/planning, program management, meeting assistance, and data management.

We have Black and Green Belts available to execute Lean Six Sigma programs. We use extensive corporate experience, combined with local corporate knowledge, to assist LEAN core teams in Rapid Improvement Events and Value Stream Mapping Analysis and we identify gaps between current and ideal state and assist in closing or eliminating those gaps.

Our staff conducts facility tours for high ranking Government personnel, senior citizen groups and school classes. We prepare, display and attend trade shows world-wide. We publish newsletters for our clients and prepare media bulletins, articles and materials publications including 3-D graphic design and video presentations. We implement the long-term business strategy in support of our customer's initiatives including Plans of Action and Milestones to assist in moving customers to the "to be" state that reflects the corporate picture after legacy programs transition and assist with the rationalization process of the overall IT infrastructure. The purpose is to achieve breakthrough improvements in performance measures by use of the critical analysis and radical redesign of existing business processes; identify IT solutions for improving process flow and output parameters; and roadmap the IT applications transformation for redesigned of the business organization.

McKean provides strategic business initiative support by operating an IA Resource Center (IARC) where we capture data on requests received and generate monthly metrics. Using current business tools we developed many of the methods and metrics now used to measure and demonstrate performance for both internal and external requirements. We perform analysis on collected data and present solutions and recommendations using our local knowledge of our customers critical business areas combined with our access to large, partner companies practices.
